CONSTANT has an immediate opening for Intelligence Subject Matter Experts and Program Managers with extensive expertise to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Data Science, Operations, Requirements, Exploitation, and Engineering (DORE2) contract. DORE2 is a contract supporting the Directorate of Science and Technology within DIA and covers 11 support areas including data science, Internet of things, social media and open source collection, rapid engineering and prototyping, among other topics. 

CONSTANT is looking for candidates in the Washington D.C. and Charlottesville, VA area. This position(s) is contingent upon funding, and application to this job grants permission to store your resume in CONSTANT’s resume database for review when task orders are received from DIA.

Desired Qualifications

Candidates who hold a DOD TS/SCI clearance who have worked in a SCIF within the last two years

Candidates with extensive Intelligence experience in areas such as but not limited to:

·       Intelligence collection operations

·       Black programs

·      Technical collections

·      Imagery analysis for a compartmentalized program

·      Intelligence analysis

·      Signals intelligence

·      Technical exploitation

·      Measurement and signature intelligence

·      Special access programs

·      Sensors

Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and an understanding of industry trends and needs

Experience working in or supporting OCONUS intelligence operations

Candidates with innovative ideas that DIA and the defense industry would greatly benefit from
