Our team is growing and seeks to hire a Senior Contractor Program Manager (SCPM) to help support the Government Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) for professional, technical, and medical staffing.

This Is What You’ll Do

You will serve as the key contact person between Government leads, vendor and personnel. This important role provides leadership to the Program Management teams, ensures conformance to all performance requirements and the overall direction to all activities and personnel. Assist Government leads in preparing and reviewing project plans and producing program reports with actionable information.

This Is What We’re Looking For

+5 Years senior program leadership experience on complex and varied projects to ensure on schedule, management of milestones, at cost or below, high customer satisfaction and achieving all other requirements.

Demonstrated ability to build teams with high retention, positive engagement, and committed to equity, inclusion and diversity.

Experience collaborating and directing a distributed team.

Demonstrated experience tracking projects and program performance against the project plan and Gantt chart, establish risk mitigation plans and remediation plans when projects are behind schedule.

Bachelor’s required.

Provide direction on performance against deliverables and manage resource changes of the course of the project.

Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams and routinely meet and report on stakeholders, staff and SME’s.

Experience working with high-level Government and Private Industry personnel.

The ability to pass a Background check.

U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a clearance (Public Trust or higher).

The ability to travel 25%.


Desired Qualifications

Program Management experience running programs with total contract value greater than $100M is a plus.

Experience with multiple contract types including FFP, T&M, cost plus, etc.

Experience with Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Emergency Management and Medical Operations (EMMO), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and others.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Master’s degree preferred.

PMP or PMI certification.


Location, Compensation & Benefits

This position will preferably be near Washington, DC; however, it can be remote from any U.S. location.
