Our team is growing and seeks to hire Contractor Program Managers (SCPM) to help support the Government Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) for professional, technical, and medical staffing.

This Is What You’ll Do
These important roles provide the day-to-day management and direction to teams of technical, professional, administrative and medical support personnel. Coordinates tasks with other PM’s to ensure quality management across all programs. Organizes and assigns responsibilities to staff, oversees conformance to all performance requirements, maintains reports, maintains quality control and resolves issues within the Task Order.
This Is What We’re Looking For
+5 Years administering and supervising a large team of professionals in providing a wide range of services.
Program and/or project leadership experience on complex and varied projects to ensure on schedule, management of milestones, at cost or below, high customer satisfaction and achieving all other requirements.
Demonstrated ability to hire, manage and build teams with high retention, positive engagement, and committed to equity, inclusion and diversity.
Experience collaborating with the task order team and responsible for the daily supervision of each individual employed by the contractor on their respective Task Order(s).
Demonstrated experience tracking projects and program performance against the Task Order plan and Gantt chart or other Project Management platform, establish risk mitigation plans and remediation plans when projects are behind schedule.
Provide direction on performance against deliverables and manage resource changes of the course of the project.
Experience successfully directly supervising cross-functional teams and routinely meet and report on stakeholders, staff and SME’s.
Functional use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to pass a National Agency Check with Credit (NACIC) Background check.
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and/or maintain good standing a clearance (Public Trust or higher) throughout the performance of the contract.
Experience with Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) experience, BARDA, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Emergency Management and Medical Operations (EMMO), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and others.
Master’s degree, preferably in public health or related field.
Experience as a SME and program manager.
PMP or PMI certification.
